Mr. Galler began practicing law in 1987, and has been practicing Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy Law for almost twenty years.  An experienced civil trial and workers' compensation practice throughout the State of Georgia, Mr. Galler has been at the forefront of the alternative dispute resolution movement. He is well known as an experienced and professional attorney by his colleagues and his workers' compensation and personal injury clients. Mr. Galler is also an experienced bankruptcy attorney and has filed hundreds of confirmed bankruptcy plans on behalf of his debtor clients. In all areas of his practice Mr. Galler provides aggressive hands on representation. This lead to consistently high settlements and verdicts, and he negotiated one of the largest workers compensation settlements of it's kind. Furthermore he believes communication between attorney and client is essential to bring about the best possible outcome for each case. To provide his client’s with sufficient opportunity to discuss their case with him, Mr. Galler sets aside two hours a day ( usually 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 PM) for client telephone calls. He also provides clients direct contact through his personal e-mail and cellular telephone.

Mr. Galler is a native of Atlanta and graduated with honors from the University of Georgia and the Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Galler is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Federal courts. Mr. Galler has appeared on CNN to discuss bankruptcy issues and has been quoted in many Atlanta Georgia and National publications including the Atlanta Journal, The Fulton Daily Reporter and the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He is a member of The American Bar Association, The State Bar of Georgia, The Atlanta Bar Association, The Association of American Trial Lawyers, and The Association of Georgia Trial Lawyers.  He serves in the Workers' Compensation section for the State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association and as well as The American Bar Association. He lives in Sandy Springs.
